Shipping Policy
Here's what to expect once you place an order with Moonspot. Shipping is free on all orders of $48 CAD or more within Canada and the United States. Below that, standard shipping is $12 CAD and express is $20 CAD. International orders ship at a flat $24 CAD.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Estimates
Our products ship from our fulfillment partners overseas. Please allow:
- Canada: 14-28 business days from dispatch
- United States: 14-28 business days from dispatch
- Rest of world: 15-35 business days from dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs, and weather can extend delivery beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 3-7 days to show its first scan. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels at different times. You will not be charged extra for this.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Address Errors
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned or lost, we cannot offer a free replacement. Contact us at moonspotsocial@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering to correct an address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived 40 days after dispatch, email moonspotsocial@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Quebec Residents
If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the delivery date stated at the time of purchase, you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund, in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
